Identified Issue:

Some robustness/vulnerability calculations may be off 0.25% due to a missing trace output for Fish metrics. This will be addressed in an upcoming release.

Fixes:

Modified CRSP % Slider to ensure its lower end is now > 0% instead of >= 0%.
Addressed an issue with Operational Strategies, preventing inappropriate greying and re-rendering.
Resolved a problem on the vulnerability plot where the tooltip sometimes covered the entire plot.
Fixed significant figure discrepancies on robustness and vulnerability plots.
Corrected an issue with threshold value tick marks when the range was between 0 and 1.
Improved visualization for continuous balancing with large run of river tier values.
